Everyday Notes, Peruvian Kilt Version

Every day notes are a series of choreographic investigations which aim to explore through repetition and synchronicity the patterns of behaviour formed on the every day. In this case, the research takes over the public space, playing on the subtleties of traffic light choreography but looping. Additionally, the Peruvian Kilt works as another layer to the same purpose. Working around the rules of western gender attire, the kilts plays the exceptional skirt male bodies are accepted to wear in the UK.

This piece was commissioned by MATE Museum for their 2020x6 exhibition in Lima, Peru. The video will be uploaded once the exhibition is over.
